Does WH365 pay Insured Physicians, (for example, OHIP, MSP etc.) for Insured services rendered to WH365 Members?

In Canada, residents covered under their Provincial Health Insurance Plans do not directly pay licensed physicians for medical services that are covered by their Provincial Health Insurance Plans. This is because Provincial Health Insurance Plans cover a wide range of medically necessary services, and physicians are reimbursed directly by their Provincial Health Insurance Plans for providing these services to eligible patients.

However, there are exceptions to this rule. In certain cases, patients may choose to pay for services that are not covered by their Provincial Health Insurance Plans or for services that are considered medically necessary but are provided outside of the publicly funded healthcare system. Additionally, patients may choose to pay for expedited or enhanced services that go beyond the standard of care offered by their Provincial Health Insurance Plans.
